What Is The Miami Film Festival?

The Miami Film Festival was founded by Nat Chediak, a film critic, historian, and educator, in 1983. Chediak played a significant role in shaping the festival and establishing it as a prominent event in the film industry. The Miami Film Festival showcases a diverse range of international and Ibero-American films and has become one of the leading film festivals in the United States. Hosted by Miami Dade College (MDC), this festival is now reaching its 41st run!

Who Are The 2024 Sponsors?

This year’s principal sponsors include Miami Dade County, the Historic Alfred DuPont Building, SilverSpot Cinema, JW Marriott Marquis Miami, the Tilia Companies, Miami DDA, and Florida Arts & Culture.
